Beverly Pattern builds quality tooling for clients in both the sand casting foundry and plastic molding industries and has for nearly sixty years. The company was founded as a pattern shop in 1954 by Dick Silva and has continued to evolve into the modern facility that it is today. In our long lifespan, we have produced all types and sizes of foundry patterns and plastics molds for a wide variety of clients. We combine the modern computer-aided process with old world craftsmanship to build high quality tooling that meets our customers' demanding needs. Our clients include the manufacturers of semiconductor equipment, prepress, security, medical instruments, automotive parts, pumps and turbines of all types, commercial-grade castings, aircraft, marine as well as architectural elements, toys, packaging and decorative artwork castings.
We supply tooling for all types of plastic molding including Thermoform, RIM, Structural Foam, Urethane Open-Pour, Roto-Mold, Blow Mold, Compression, and Injection. With our in-house engineering staff, we consistently produce molds that result in low cycle times and fewer rejects saving you both time and money. Our 17,500 sq. ft. well-equipped facility is located in historic Beverly, Massachusetts. The backbone of our company is surely our fine craftsmen, most of whom have been with us for 20, 30, or 40 years! Mr. Silva's son Rick has been plant manager for several years and oversees all operations and customer accounts. Rick's superb management and technical skills have kept Beverly Pattern at the front of the pack in the tooling business into the new millennium.
